A day out at Hauz Khas Village

Some times in life, it’s important to understand the importance of spending some time with one self. If you too feel the same, I’ll be suggesting a place which some of you might have heard about or some have been to.

Kunzum Travel Café, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi is the destination. Located outside Hauz Khas fort, this is a café dedicated to those who wish to spend some time with them. Especially meant for travel writers, readers, photographers, this is a great place to read and have a sip of coffee or different varieties of tea. And the best part is that you can pay whatever you want to for the drink ordered by you. You can also give no penny if you don’t feel like so. An open space, this place offers some great books for reading which are based on different places of the world. Together with this, they are selling a number of books related to different genres as per the interests of the readers. You can take a book along with you or your mobile, I-pad, tab can be a great company for you at this place.

Something apart from this which took my heart away was the ambiance which has been supported by soothing music and intellectual people you are surrounded with who are actually busy in their own. It not only gives to an inspiration to get indulge in yourself but also motivates you to rise from the hussle bussle of a busy life going out outside this place. Located amid one of the costly cafes and bars, this place is also meant for those who want to make the most of their day in least possible currency.

Though it was not the focus of my journey, I went there to enjoy an outing with friends at Hauz Khas Fort, but unconsciously this place has turned out to be the most exciting part of this outing.

With a hope of going there again soon with a great book, I would suggest each and every person to pay a visit there.
